Tips
CAUTION !
- Always carry your protections (helmet, knee pads & elbow pads).
- Always roll on a smooth and regular surface.
- Fear of falling? Put down the tip of your feet.
SOME ADVICES:
- Hold a handrail, one of your feet right behind the other.
- Your strong leg ahead, block your back leg knee.
- Find the balance on your heels, when you feel it: go ahead!
- To roll quicker: walk or run while raising the tip of your front foot.
- For a better balance: raise the tip of the front foot a little higher than the tip of your back foot.
